We’re building a place for you to stay close to the people, places and community you know, with the comfort, connection and support to keep living independently. This is independent living designed to support the lifestyle you already love, just with fewer chores on the to-do list.

Thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, and two-bedroom suites ranging from approximately 582–926 sq. ft.

Shaped by community input, regional partnerships, professional planning, and a shared belief that people should be able to stay close to the community and people they love.

Today, the project has moved from vision to action, with major planning milestones complete and the focus now on fundraising, financing, and future resident commitments.

    Valley Life Housing Group launched.

    Builder hired.

    CURRENT

    More than $700,000 dollars raised.

    More than 35 future resident commitments.

    Fall 2027: Financing secured, fundraising goals met, building starts.

    Summer 2029: Occupancy Timeline, Valley Ridge Villas welcomes new residents home.

The Valley Life Housing Group (VLHG) is a not-for-profit, multi-municipal initiative formed to create long-term housing solutions for the Minnedosa region. The group represents a collaboration between the municipalities of:

  • Harrison Park

  • Minto-Odanah

  • Oakview

  • Yellowhead

  • Clanwilliam-Erickson
