    A dedicated space designed for services like hair appointments, foot care, nail services and visiting wellness providers.

    A flexible gathering space for activities, games, events, wellness programming and community gatherings.

  • Library
    A quiet place to read and slow down during the day.

  • Family Dining Room
    Residents can book the private family dining room for birthdays, holiday meals, family gatherings and celebrations. The room can accommodate up to 20 people.

    Six sitting areas throughout the building create pockets for coffee and conversation amongst residents.

Pricing Information

Estimated monthly rents currently start at approximately $3,500, depending on suite type and layout.
Final pricing will reflect market conditions, project costs, and operational planning at the time of opening and may be adjusted as the project progresses.

Additional Costs

  • Couples or companions can add a second resident meal package for approximately $695/month.
